Love this

Tom Ford’s Spring/Summer 2010 runway show was held way back in September and NOONE was allowed to print pictures all I heard was that Beyonce was rumoured to have been a model as well as socialite and owner of one of THE best wardrobes in the fash business, Daphne Guiness. The photos have been released as part of a shoot for Harper’s Bazaar UK by the kooky Terry Richardson, oh I’ve gotta get me a copy for sure.

The sexual being that is Tom Ford…

Just a sneak peek of that handsome face.

…has guest edited French Vogue for the Dec/Jan issue.

OMFG, why is he sooo sexy. And yet, sooo gay? Unfair really.

I thought it was Lara Stone at first on the cover, but apparently it’s 15-year old model Daphne Groeneveld. She is one lucky puppy.

I’d like to thank…

…Style Souk for bestowing a ” Stylish Blogger” award upon my blog. So now I have to reveal 5 things about myself that my lovely readers don’t know about me and to pass on the baton:

So here goes…

1. This may sound weird but I like to collect shopping bags, but only the good ones. I squeal with excitement (inside) when I get my purchases in a paper bag.

2. I have ridiculously dark hair and have always wanted it to be slightly lighter than it is and started to dye it when I was about 12, but now I have to dye it because when it grows out you can see my grey hairs that are dotted all around my hair line.

3. I suppose this isn’t really something you don’t know about me but I currently watch 10 US television shows every week. It would make my life so much easier if I could live in America and not have to sit and wait for them to load but at least I don’t have a full-time job to distract me.

4. I hate Christmas. (Sorry everybody else in the world but I’d rather have Summer again)

5. The most viewed post on my blog is this!

Not amazingly revealing, but to be fair I do blog about anything and everything so ask me any questions you like and I’ll answer them truthfully and honestly as I can!

So I’m passing the baton on to these people below:

7th Annual CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards

Anna Wintour invited the best of the best to the CDFA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards held in New York City last night (15th Nov).

And we all know first on that list is her current BFF Blake Lively. She looked hot as usual in Chanel, a dress (and top) from the 2011 Spring/Summer RTW Collection. I do think Blake needs to push the boundaries a bit more often as this is just a standard Lively look especially after the Lanvin outfit she wore to the Scream Awards not so long ago.

It felt like an episode of Gossip Girl though with all the main cast in attendance, Leigton Meester in Prabal Gurung, Ed Westwick and Chace Crawford looking so dishy.

Love this light blue ruffled column dress on actress Yaya DaCosta (TRON, The Kids Are Alright) and best known for being first runner up in Cycle 3 of ANTM.

I’m going to include a picture of Karlie Kloss in a Stella McCartney dress because, one I like her and two it’s not very often she makes a weird faux pas in the form of what appear to be 3d glasses?

Kim Kardashian was also in attendance alongside designer Zac Posen, I’m not entirely sure why Anna invited her seeing as though she is pretty much a reality star-turned-designer-turned-celeb-turned-whatever maybe she’d draw in the gossip pages because the dress she is wearing drowned her amazing hourglass figure.

Although I’m not a massive fan of her, Carey Mulligan hit the headlines for a reason other than her fantastic Chanel dress, she got a phone call from Baz Lurhmann who when she answered he said “Hello, Daisy Buchanan”. That’s right film geeks she got the starring role in The Great Gatsby, ensue a tearful breakdown in front of Karl Lagerfield and Anna Wintour after beating Blake Lively and Amanda Seyfried to the coveted part. This role is sure to catapult her right onto the most wanted actress list and garner a few more Oscar nominations.

"Hello, Daisy Buchanan"

Alexa Chung was there but I feel she’s just doing the same old same old and I’m never really wowed by her outfits, but that’s because she’s doing the “individual” thing which is getting boring fast, well for me anyway.

Mary-Kate and Ashley showed up in ginormous fur coats, whenever I see them I always wonder if they have bodies because they always seem to look like clothes horses wearing as much as possible.

I wanna be a Victoria’s Secret model

Well I don’t really, or I couldn’t. But who wouldn’t want to wear the $2m Fantasy Bra just like Adrianna Lima, the newly crowned head Angel replacing Heidi Klum after her 13 years as a Victoria’s Secret model.

Or wanna look like Karolina Kurkova:

Who's the prettiest peacock?

Or like Alessandra Ambrosio:

She's a hot zebra/bird thing

Or be the most adorable and who’s newly engaged, Lily Aldridge:

Naughty naughty

Or have a slammin’ body like my fave Selita Ebanks:

The Phoenix

What about the lovely Lily Donaldson:

Cupid

I could go on for ever about being jealous etc, so I’ll leave you with this parting (!) shot:

Emma Watson nailed it

It was the premiere of the first part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in London last night, and I was dying to see what Emma Watson chose to wear on the red carpet. She’d tweeted earlier on in the week that she had chosen her outfits and by golly she absolutely nailed it. A black lace see-through top half with a feathery bottom half, designed by Rafael Lopez for Atelier-Mayer. The outfit was amazing in my eyes, daring but youthful, she could have easily slipped on a full-length gown and been all dramatic, but what she did instead is end a 10 year transformation with massive fashion kudos.

I also had reservations about her hair, as in I hated it, but when you see her all dressed up and looking lovely her hair, however drastic the cut was, suits her and the place she is in at the moment.

She’s no longer Emma Watson who plays Hermione Granger. She’s Emma Watson, actress.
